The Child Support Directors Association invites you to participate in the 2021 Child Support Legal College that will be held virtually on October 5-7 & 12-14, 2021. The College is a vital and essential tool to assist both IV-D attorneys and non-attorney staff with learning about and embracing changes in the law, in policies, and the changing times. The College will offer sessions ranging from UIFSA, Contempt, Parentage, Bankruptcy, Ethics, and Bias (and more)!  Also included in this year’s college is an optional ½ day pre-conference session geared towards new attorneys.* This workshop will give new attorneys a history of the child support program and how to navigate through CSE. 

 

The Child Support Directors Association is a State Bar of California approved provider for minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) and certifies that the activities for this event conform to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing MCLE. This training provides opportunities for 21 hours of Continuing Legal Education Credits, including specialty credits; Recognition and Elimination of Bias (1.5), and Legal Ethics (1.5).

*The (optional) New Attorney Training provides 3 hours of MCLE.  

Registration

Registration Fees:

Legal College – The Member Rate is $165/per person, and the Non-Member Rate is $215/per person. The registration fee for the full event includes; access to all course sessions, online course materials and recordings, and MCLE Credits.

New Attorney Training (optional add-on) – The Member Rate is $50/per person, and the Non-member Rate is $75/per person.

Cancellation Policy: User initiated cancellations without penalty can be made online prior to Tuesday, September 12, 2021. After this date, registered attendees unable to participate due to special circumstances must contact CSDA for refund consideration.
